What will we cover? In the first 10 weeks we will look at:
Fridays, 8pm, East Oxford.
You set the pace!
- Posture - how are you standing? What do you need to be grounded and balanced. Make the most of your posture to grow tall and slim, exude your inner strength and confidence.
- Back strengthening - because you have a lot of stuff to carry being a mum!
- Core toning - this will support your back and help you advance in your exercise regime. Strengthen your core and open up doors to arm shaping and toning and other exercises.
- Pelvic floor exercises. There is no need for leaks and all the worry that can cause. Let's tackle this head on! Regular exercises, different ways to address it.
- Abdominal separation? Let's find out and work with that too.
- Release tension in your face, neck and shoulders. Refresh, re-energise. Sleep soundly.
